Order Confirmation |Tracking | Shipping

 Ordering Confirmation and order tracking:

 A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of your transaction. If you do not receive confirmation of your shipment within 2 business days, please email  sales@digitalframe0.com. We're all humans and we may/might make mistakes, so if we missed your order, tell us!

You will receive another email regarding tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped from our post office. Orders made with an eCheck must be held until payment is received in our account.

Orders are generally shipped next 1-4 working days (depending on shipping way you choose). If we are off for vacation or holiday or the product your order is just out of stock, we will contact right away for confirmation.

Shipping options

1. Retail Order & Sample order

A) Regular shipping:

Orders are typically processed within 4 biz days of receipt,
Delivery time is estimated from the time the order is shipped,typically takes another 4-7 business days;
Order is trackable;
You can find out shipping rate by using "My Shipping Calculate " tool @each product page. (see sample below)

B) Fast shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2 biz days of receipt
Delivery time is estimated from the time the order is shipped, typically takes another 2-4 business days.
Order is trackable.
You can find out shipping rate by using "My Shipping Calculate " tool @each product page.

2. Bulk order & Wholsale order

We offer sea/air freight and express shipping via DHL/UPS/FedEx for bulk order, please contact sales@digitalframe0.com for actual shipping rate.

Bulk & Wholesale order:

Post office boxes (PO box), APO/FPO address


  We cannot deliver to post office boxes,  therefore, please include a complete street address when you place the order.

 APO/FPO address, please contact us before to place order.
