    I have been e-mailing support@digitalframe0.com for the playlist, but i havent gotten an answer. please get this solved as soon as possible for i have been trying to download it and it wont open.

    Hi Victor,

    We compress the Playlist with WinRAR in order to reduce the size. WinRAR is required to decompress it.

    Please download click-to-run playlist from here (http://www.digitalframe0.com/Customer/PlayList-Tool.exe ) if you don't have WinRAR.

    Please let me know if you have any question regarding the frame.
