    Please help before I am forced to send the unit back. I can not find any information on how to make the unit auto-rotate the images. information is very poor so I would a better manual or at least better information.

    You can view pictures in the portrait mode by simply rotating the frame 90 degrees.
    Detail on how to rotate has been sent you to email, please make sure it is not in your junk box.

    I would like to have the photos for the wall-mounted digital frame too.. can I buy the frame without memory and stick a usb key with my movie?
