How long it takes to deliver.

We're sorry, but all orders place between Jan 22, 2022 - Feb 10, 2022 (Chinese New Year holiday) will be processed on the first working day after holiday.
You may also experience extended lead times due to Covid-19!!!

During the checkout, there are two different shipping methods available for selection:
Normal Shipping: 4-7 biz days for order processing, additional 4-12 biz days for the transportation (depend on the country and exact location) .
Fast Shipping: 1-4 biz days for order processing, additional 3-7 biz days for the transportation (depend on the country and exact location).
Please allow for additional delivery time if you order around the time of national public holidays like Christmas.

How to track my order?
Please visit our Order-Tracking page to track your order.
You need to enter you billing email address and order number to track the current status of your order.
Order number can be found on the order confirmation/processing emails, please check Junk-box or Spam-box in-case the order email goes there.
If you have created account and logged in before placing your order (During checkout, you can tick "create account" in check-out page to register too), you can view all order status including tracking detail if there any update after the order.
