Warranty | Refund | Replacement
EOOKE products carry a one year limited warranty for parts, labor and LCD backlight.We warrants our digital frames & advertising frames to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, EOOKE will repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement Product or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.
The warranty will not cover any problem caused by:Normal wear and tear, accident, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature. And also misuse, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product. Electric power fluctuations or failure
To obtain service, please contact Support@digitalframe0.com. You will be required to tell us:
- Your name.
- Your ship to address, email address and phone number.
- Airway bill number
- A description of the problem.
You may return/request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following reasons:
- We sent the wrong product.
- The product is defective ( faulty parts or manufacturing problem ).
- There is a transit damaged. (Damaged claim issued by local delivery company and pictures of damaged product are both required)
When the carrier delivers your frame please inspect it before you sign for it. Check that the outer package is free of any kind of damage. Please either refuse delivery and (asked the carrier to) make damaged claim or sign for it as damaged if there is damage to the outer packaging.
