Warranty | Refund | Replacement


EOOKE products carry a one year limited warranty for parts, labor and LCD panel (Extended warranty can be ordered on product page when placing order). If our digital frames & advertising displays break down during the warranty period, EOOKE will replace the not-working parts, if problem still exists, we will send you a brand new product.

The warranty will not cover any problem caused by:Normal wear and tear, accident, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature. And also misuse, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product. Electric power fluctuations or failure

To obtain service, please contact [email protected]. You will be required to provide:

  1. Your name.
  2. Your ship to address, email address and phone number.
  3. Airway bill number (optional)
  4. A description of the problem.


1. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products

Before signing for the shipment, please open and inspect the frame/signage screens if it is free of any kind of damage. If damage is unfortunately found be sure to ask the carrier to make a damage claim right away and then contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact [email protected] within 10 days from the date of receipt and we will be happy to solve it for you.

2. Others.

  • Returns & refunds are accept within 7 days of delivery for products in their original conditions.
  • Returns are not accept after installation.
  • Returns are not accept customized products.
  • Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the returning shipping fee.
  • A 25% re-stocking fee apply.
  • Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. You’re responsible for any damage or loss of returned goods during return shipment.

All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact support#digitalframe0.com
